M.B.T’s. (Main Battle Tanks) of U.S.A. M1 Abrams-Germany Leopard 2 &. U.K. Challenger Specifications & Training Approaches

I have been thinking about each tanks’ training time. With pressure from Russia; time needs to be implemented in a expeditious manner. So President Zelensky; Allied Partners is it possible to segment the training? That is break the crew up into teams. One team on the guns; another team on the engine and drive components, another team on the electronics & guidance systems . The smartest troops will have some mechanical aptitude naturally and can be crossed train. The idea is to get the tanks and teams out asap. Give the teams some dry runs to see out they operate as individual sections of the team working as a whole. Considering ojt. on the job training; each team can learn the duties of the other. Such a procedure can cut the training time by however many teams the crew is broken up into.

Hope this helps… CJ. 01.26.2023
